A healthier twist on philly cheesesteaks. A healthier twist on philly cheesesteaks.
Number of Servings: 1


    4 oz. round steak sliced thin
    1 cup green peppers, sliced
    .5 cup onion, sliced
    2 flour tortilla's
    .5 cup marinara sauce
    2 slices american cheese


Slice peppers and onions place in skillet and cook until tender, stirring occasionally. In another skillet cook the beef strips, until done then drain and rinse well. Add beef to peppers and onions and cook until peppers and onions are tender. Add marinara sauce and cook until heated through. Place half of the peppers and beef mixture onto each tortilla top with 1 slice of cheese. Roll up and enjoy.
