Ingredients

    1 pound fresh green beans
    1 oz. blue cheese
    2 oz roasted walnut havles/pieces
    4 tbsp xtra virgin olive oil
    4.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1/4 thinly sliced small red onion

Directions

snap off ends of green beans then cut into 2-3 inch pieces. bring water to boil then add rinsed beans and boil for 2-3 minutes. drain and shock with cold water. allow to cool. in seperate container, mix the remaining ingrediants. add in cooled beans then chill for at least 1 and 1/2 hours. serves 4-1 cup servings.
