Ingredients

    Lime Juice.........................................1 cup
    Honey ................................................1 Tbsp
    Water..................................................6 oz
    Ground Black Pepper......................0.5 tsp
    Ground Thyme..................................0.5 tsp
    Vegetable Oil.....................................2 Tbsp
    Fresh Grated Ginger........................1 Tbsp
    Chicken Breast Meat, Skinless......36 oz

Directions

Serves 6

Place the chicken parts in a roasting pan. Combine all the rest of the ingredients in a blender and pour over the chicken. Cover and refrigerate over night or at least a couple of hours. Remove from the marinade and grill till done OR remove the marinade and bake in a 350° oven till done.
