    Rotisserie chicken
    vegetable broth
    chicken broth
    white pepper


makes 5 1 cup servings
in a small bowl mix flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg, set aside.
melt butter in dutch oven over med heat, chop shallot and saute until soft but not brown about 5 min. sprinkle flour mixture on top and stir for about 2 min. wisk in broths slowly until smooth. bring to slight boil and then simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
add chicken and evaporated milk, bring to a simmer and simmer until heated through, do not boil.
