    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread ,1 Stick
    Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 1 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tbsp.
    Splenda, 1tbsp
    Flour, white, 2.5 cup


Mix all the ingredients. Refrigerate for 1hr.
Roll the dough and cut cookies with a cookie cuter.
Bake at 350 F for about 25 - 30 min.
Makes 60 cookies.
