    8 0z pasta
    2 tablespoons smart balance spread
    2 tablespoons low fat milk
    1/4 cup Kraft Macaroni & Cheese cheese topping.


Cook pasta according to package directions
Drain well.
Add 2 tbls. smart balance spread, mix thoroughly until completed melted.
add cheese topping and mix thouroughly
add 2 tbls. lowfat milk to help cheese spread thoroughly cover pasta.

I add vege's(brocoli) and cut up meats(turkey, chicken, tuna) to make this a great meal instead of a side dish.
