    4 lg organic russet potatoes
    5 Tbsp butter
    1/4 cup 1% milk
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper


Peel and slice potatoes. Boil for 20 minutes. Drain potatoes and return to pan over low heat, add butter to melt and milk to warm, add salt and pepper. Mash with potato masher in pan, serve warm.
