    1 1/2 pounds lean round steak, bite size
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 green bell peppers, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    2 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 tablespoons chili powder (can use more to taste)
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1 can (28 oz) chopped tomatoes, with liquid
    1 can (16 oz) kidney beans, drain and rinse


brown meat, toss all into crockpot, and cook on low about 3-4 hours.
