    1 tbsp olive oil
    250 grams skinless boneless chicken breast
    1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp basil, dried
    1 tsp oregano, dried
    2 cups tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 cup frozen spinach
    salt and pepper to taste


Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add chicken breast, onion and garlic. Cook until chicken is lightly browned. Add basil, oregano, tomatoes, spinach and salt and pepper to taste. Serve over whole wheat pasta noodles. Optional: crumble feta cheese over pasta.
