Ingredients

2 Portobello mushrooms (about 5 oz each)
    1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can crab, drained
    5 tsp fat-free mayonnaise
Dash of Old Bay seasoning (optional)
    2 slices roasted red pepper
    2 slices reduced-fat provolone cheese
    Cooking spray

Directions

Combine crab and mayonnaise (and Old Bay, if using) in a small bowl, mixing well. Set aside.

Brush a baking sheet or ovenproof dish lightly with olive oil. Combine garlic with remaining olive oil in a small bowl. Brush mushrooms well with oil mixture. Broil 4-5 inches under heat for 4-6 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Remove mushrooms from oven, top with crab mixture, a slice of roasted red pepper, and one slice provolone cheese. Place back in oven under broiler for about 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
