Introduction

Ingredients

    Ronzoni Smart Taste Elbows, 14.5 oz
    Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil, 1 cup
    Bumble Bee Chunk Light Tuna packed in water, 6 oz can drained,
    Kirkland Albacore Solid White Tuna packed in water, 6 oz can drained
    Milk, nonfat, 1/2 cup
    2 TB Lemon Juice, .12 cup
    Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp
    Dill weed, dried, .2 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

Cook pasta to al dente (or preferred texture). Drain and put into large bowl. Add 2 cans of drained tuna (and/or albacore), skim milk, lemon juice, prepared mustard, dill weed. Add mayo and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Chill for a couple of hours before serving.

Feel free to add extras (adjust calories accordingly) - celery, black olives, bell peppers, etc.
