Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs chicken breast tenderloins
    1 c. plain bread crumbs
    1/4 c. shredded parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp parsley
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp basil
    1-2 tsp garlic powder
    1-2 tsp onion powder
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Mix bread crumbs, paremsan cheese, and seasonings in bowl. Dip tenderloins in milk, coat with bread crumb mixture, and place in baking dish. Bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes. You may need to add a light coating of nonstick spray to top of chicken tenders to brown completely. Makes 4 servings of 3 tenders each.

    I liked this recipe a lot! I used panko and soy milk. Next time, I think I will try it with regular skim milk, though. It was still good, but it had a weird aftertaste probably due to the soy milk. Thanks for sharing the recipe! I love chicken tenders, so this hit the spot! - 5/10/12
