Introduction

A very simple version of the turkey and spinach burgers that are already on this site. This takes only minutes to make and I love it. A very simple version of the turkey and spinach burgers that are already on this site. This takes only minutes to make and I love it.

Ingredients

One package of Jennie O (or other) Lean Ground Turkey.
One package of frozen spinach, preferably in small pieces.
    One large egg (raw)
    3 tbsp EVOO

Directions

Mix the egg, turkey and spinach in a large bowl. If the turkey and the spinach are still frozen, let them sit/thaw a while or mixing them will freeze your hands. Heat a pan (I like my one with a grid but you can use a flat one, too) and pour some of the EVOO into it. Shape four burgers out of the turkey/spinach/egg mixture and place them on the heated pan, on a high heat, 7 or so minutes each side. This will make 8 burgers.
