    * Morningstar Farms Grillers Crumbles, 340 gram(s)
    * Carolina Whole Grain Brown Rice (uncooked), 0.25 cup
    * Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia)
    * Celery, raw, 3 stalk, small (5" long)
    * Onions, raw, 1 small
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips
    * Vegetable Juice Cocktail (V8), 1.5 cup


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Shred the cabbage and chop the celery.
Saute the beef, onion, peppers and celery.
Remove, drain and add rice, salt and pepper.
Layer with shredded cabbage in a large casserole dish.
Pour vegetable juice over entire casserole.
Bake covered for about 1-1/2 hours.
