Introduction

I am always bored with breakfast foods. This isn't boring at all! I am always bored with breakfast foods. This isn't boring at all!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    One slice whole wheat bread. (You can use two but remember to add it to the calorie count).
    1 extra large egg
    1 tsp orange marmalade
    1 tsp smart balance spread
    1 slice Alpine Lace Muenster Cheese

Directions

Fry egg in nonstick pan with cooking spray
Spread smart balance on both sides of bread.
Then spread orange marmalade on one side. Place slice of cheese on top of marmalade. When egg is ready, place on top of bread and put bread in heated pan and press gently. This should break the yoke a little and allow it to cook more.
If you are using two slices, flip and allow that side to toast.
Cheese will melt slightly and flavors will meld.
