My version of an Egg McMuffin.

My version of an Egg McMuffin.

    Eggbeaters, 1 serving
    Publix fully cooked Hickory Smoked Bacon (1 serving= 3 slices), 1 serving
    Publix Honey Wheat English Muffin, 1 serving (remove)
    Deli Fresh 2% sharp cheddar cheese slices, 1 serving
    publix unsalted butter, 1 pat
    pinch of black perpper


1 pat of unsalted butter in frying pan on medium heat , add eggbeaters, add pinch of pepper. cook to desired consistincy.
Place English muffin in toaster on own personal settings,
Heat bacon in microwave 30 seconds then remove
Place on serving plate.
Assemble your Breakfast muffin,
Cheddar cheese, Egg and top with bacon.
