Ingredients

1 1/4 c whole wheat pastry flour
1/8 t salt
7 T very cold butter
4-5 T ice water
Directions
Mix flour (I used whole wheat, not WW pastry flour) and salt. Cut in butter. Add ice water, 1/2 T at a time, until dough forms ball. Gather up and pat into a disc. Optimally, refrigerate for 30 min before rolling out. Roll on lightly floured surface to 10" circle.

ILIKETOZUMBA
For a WW crust, this turned out quite well! WW pastry flour is key, I've found. In the future, I will probably try adding a hint of sugar or some kind of sweetness, even for savory dishes like pot pie (what I used this on), but I've been looking for a good WW crust - and this is one! Thanks! - 5/25/13
