Ingredients

    Aidells Spicy Mango with Jalapenos Smoke Chicken & Turkey Sausages 12 oz
    Zatarain's Dirty Rice
    Green Bell Pepper 2 large
    Onions, raw, 1 medium Garlic, 6 cloves
    Chicken Broth fat free 2 cups
    Water, tap, .5 cup
    Tassos Fire Roasted Florinas Whole Sweet Pepper 2 peppers

Directions

Chop onion & garlic finely. See and core bell peppers and dice into 1 inch pieces. DIce red peppers. Take meat out of sausage casing and crumble. Saute bell peppers, onions & garlic in olive oil. Add red peppers and meat. Heat through. Add rice mix and combine. Add water and broth. bring to boil and reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 25 minutes.
