Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 c rolled oats
    1/2 c skim milk
    1 c whole wheat flour
    1/2 c Splenda
    1 egg
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1 cup mashed banana

Directions

1. Mix all wet ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Mix all dry ingredients in another bowl.
3. Add dry ingredients to wet.
4. Mix until just blended.
5. Fill muffin tins sprayed with Pam.
6. Bake at 350 F oven for about 20 - 25 minutes or until done.
Makes 12 muffins.
