Number of Servings: 4


    1 Cauliflower, medium head (5-6" dia)
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    3 Cloves Garlic minced
    1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    2 Tbsp Water
    1/4 Cup Chicken Broth


1. Clean & cut Cauliflower into small even sized florets
2. Heat Olive in Wok or pan until very hot.
3. Put Garlic in hot oil & stir fry for about 15 seconds.
4. Add Cauliflower and stir fry for another 2 minutes.
5. Then add Soy Sauce, Chicken Broth, and water and stir fry for another minute or two.

If you want a thicker sauce, mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with the water and add to stir fry last.

Add a small amount of water to to pan to thin to desired consistency if cornstarch sauce is too thick.

Adjust seasoning according to taste. You can use low sodium Soy Sauce to decrease the salt content.

Adjust cooking for desired consistency. I like my cauliflower crispy, so cook for a shorter time. Cooking time is also dependent on size of your cauliflower florets. The smaller they are the faster they will cook.
