    1. 500 grams boneless skinless chicken breast.boiled and shreded
    2. 1 cup green bell pepper.chopped
    3. 1 cup red bell pepper.chopped
    4. 1 onion. chopped.
    5. 2 cloves garlic, chopped.
    6. salt and pepper to taste.
    7. 1 tbs fresh parsley.
    8. 3 cups pasta sauce


1. heat the oil in alarge frying pan. put the vegetables in and cook until they soften. add the shreded chicken and mix together for a minute.
2. add the sauce, heat through. season with salt and pepper.
3. stir in parsley.
serve over the cooked pasta.or with bread, sprinkle some low fat chedder on top( not included in calorie count)

makes 10 :1/2 cup servings
