Ingredients

    5 ounces Keta (wild) Salmon Fillet
    1 1/2 Tbsps. Kroger Horseradish Mustard
    4 sheets Athens Phyllo Dough

Directions

Yield 1 serving.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Phyllo Dough needs to be thawed as directed on back of package. With a thin fillet knife, cut skin from back side of fish & dispose.

Take 4 sheets of phyllo dough & lay on top of each other. (When working with phyllo dough, work quickly because the air drying out the dough makes it harder to work with. You may find wetting a dishtowel with cool water and wrung out, and laid on top of dough helps with this). Put salmon in center of dough sheets. Spread 1 1/2 Tbsps. mustard on top of salmon. Bring edges of dough upward to cover salmon. Bake on cookie sheet 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees until phyllo is golden brown.
