    Beef chuck, 250 grams (remove)
    Okra, 500 grams (remove)
    Garlic, 4 clove (remove)
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 3 large whole (3" dia) (remove)
    Tomato Paste, 50 grams (remove)
    Salt, 0.75 tbsp (remove)
    Orkide sunflower oil, 25 gram(s) (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, 2 fl oz (remove)


1-Spray large pot .
2-Cube the beef and add above the oil in the pot .
3-Chop the okra, wash it, dry it, then add it to the pot.
4-Add the garlic, then put the pot over moderate fire, until all the beef is browned.
5-Add the tomato juice after pressing the tomato, add water with sault.
6- Wait till the broth boiles after about 30 minutes then add the lemon juice, then let simmer on medium low for another 20 mintutes.
