Introduction

Ingredients

    Mushrooms, green olives and artichokes are optional and can be substituted for your favorite things.

Directions

Cut Chicken Breast into Tenders or chunks. Dip in beaten egg and then into flour. Fry chicken in olive oil until done. Place to the side. In the same pan, mix broth, juice of one lemon, artichoke hearts, mushrooms and garlic. Simmer on low about ten minutes. If sauce isn't thick enough add flour or corn starch to thicken slightly. Add slices of lemon and simmer another 5 minutes. Pour sauce over top of cooked chicken. If you like green olives, sprinkle a couple of slices over top.
