    6 oz. low fat cottage cheese
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
    sea salt and pepper to taste
    1 whole grain bagel
    Assorted fresh herbs, optional
    4 slices tomato
    1 small orange


Place cottage cheese, garlic, salt, pepper and herbs in food processor and blend until smooth. Spread on bagel and top with tomato slices. Serve with orange.
