Ingredients

    2 7 oz. steaks cooked and seasoned to your liking
    1 cup mushrooms, sliced
    1 cup onions, sliced (preferably red or another sweet variety)
    1 cup peppers, sliced (any color is great)
    1 tsp. olive oil or butter
    Sea salt and Pepper to taste
    2 cups asparagus, cooked
    1 whole wheat roll
    2 tsp. butter, optional

Directions

Sauté mushrooms, onions and peppers in oil until soft and caramelized. Top steak with onion mixture and serve with ½ the asparagus and ½ a roll (for drippings of course!)
