    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup Milk, 1%
    1 tsp salt
    4 large eggs
    1 Tbsp granulated sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    Vegetable oil for frying (no more than 1 TBSP)


Blend everything in a blender.

Heat a skillet with a small amount of vegetable oil on a medium high stove

Pour in enough batter to just cover the bottom of the pan. Flip and serve.
