    1/2 cup brown rice
    1 cup water
    1/2 zucchini, diced or grated
    1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, but I used what I had around: kraft 2% Mexican blend)
    5 oz frozen broccoli (half a bag)


Throw it all in a rice cooker and cook until done.
