Number of Servings: 12


    3/4 cup quick cooking oats
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 Tbsp sugar
    1/2 tsp cinnamon

    2 medium bananas, mashed
    1 egg
    1 cup milk
    2 Tbsp oil
    1 tsp vanilla


1. In a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients, mixing well.
2. In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients, mixing well.
3. Mix dry and wet ingredients together until smooth.
4. Preheat skillet or griddle using medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Spoon a few tablespoons of batter onto skillet or griddle.
5. Once bubbles appear, flip pancake. Cook another few minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 12 - 3 inch pancakes
