Ingredients

    1 Pizza Dough (see my whole wheat receipe)
    12 oz. cubed chicken
    1 small onion
    3 small plum tomatoes
    4 tbsp. light ranch dressing
    8 tbsp. Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce
    2 cup 2% mozzarella cheese

Directions

1) Lightly coat a 12- to 13-inch pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray. Pat dough evenly into prepared pan, extending edges over pan slightly. (If dough is hard to pat out, allow to rest for 10 minutes.) Sprinkle half of the cheese in a thin strip around the edge of the dough. Moisten edge of dough. Fold down edge over cheese and seal tightly to enclose the cheese. Prick crust all over with a fork. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 10 minutes.
2) Meanwhile, in a large skillet cook the cubed chicken and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender.
3) Mix together the light ranch dressing and the wing sauce. Top partially baked crust sliced tomatoes, ranch/wing sauce mixture and the cooked chicken/onion mixture. The sprinkle with remaining mozarella cheese and blue cheese. Bake for 6 to 7 minutes more or until cheese melts.
