    Garlic, 4 cloves
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Chili powder, 3 tbsp
    Onions, raw, .25 medium (2-1/2" dia)

    Korean Hot Pepper Paste, .5 cup
    *Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
    *Oyster Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    Pancake Syrup, 1 tbsp
    Pineapple Juice, 2 tbsp

    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    Mushrooms, fresh, 8 medium
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Green Peppers, 0.5 cup, chopped
    *Pineapple, canned, 5 slice or ring (3" dia)

    Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 5 cups

    American Cheese, 2 slices (1 oz)


Saute the garlic in oil, then add chili powder. Add more oil if starts to smoke. Then add onion and saute until slightly soft. Add the next six ingredients for the sauce, tasting as you go to check balance. After the sauce is mixed well, add the remaining vegetables and stirfry until slightly cooked. Cook spaghetti al dente and add to the sauce and vegetables. Simmer until spaghetti softens. Add cheese and mix until it melts. Serve hot!
