Milk, canned, evaporated, 1 can (13 oz) (leche evaprada 1 lata -13 oz)
Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (l taza azucar)
Egg, fresh, 3 large (3 huevos grandes)
Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 1 pckge 8 oz (Queso Crema 1 pqte.-8 oz)
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (canela molida 1 cdta)
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp(1 cdta. vainilla)
Directions
1-Make caramel with sugar to cover sides and bottom of baking pan.(Haga el caramelo con la taza de azucar, para cubrir los lados y el fondo de un molde de hornear.)
2-Preheat oven 350 degrees F.(Precaliente el horno a 350 grados F)
3-Mix cheese, eggs, evaorated milk and condensed milk, vanilla, and cinammon in a blender at medium speed, until cheese is softened.(Mezcle el queso, los huevos, la leche evaporada, leche condensada, vainilla y la canela en una licuadora a velocidad mediana hasta que el queso este suave.)
4-Pour mixture into the caramel baking pan and bake for 45 to 60 minutes.(Vierta la mezcla al molde de hornear ya caramelizado y hornee por 35 a 60 minutos.)
5-Serve 10 portions(Sirve 10 raciones.)
