    1 cup of whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup of oats
    1/4 cup of splenda brown sugar blend (or 1/2 cup of brown sugar)
    1/4 cup of melted butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon

    3 cups of fresh or frozen blueberries (I used fresh)

    1/4 cup of splenda blend for baking (or 1/2 cup of sugar)
    1 tbsp cornstarch
    1/2 cup of water
    1 tsp. vanilla extract


Mix the flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon until crumbly and press 1/2 of the mixture into a greased baking dish.

Cover the crumb mixture with blueberries

Combine sugar, cornstarch, water, and vanilla and cook on stove top until thick and clear. Pour this over the blueberries. Top with the remaining crumbs.

Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes
