    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (Pechuga de pollo sin piel, 3 unidades)
    Oregano, leaves, 1 tsp (oregano molido 1 cdta)
    Pepper, black,ground .5 tsp (pimienta negra molida 1/2 cdta )
    Garlic, 3 cloves (3 dientes de ajos)
    Salt, 1 tbsp (sal, 1 cda)
    Onions, raw, .5 medium -2-1/2" dia (cebolla mediana cruda 1/2 )
    Margarine-like spread, Country Crock, regular, 3 tbsp (3cdas de margarina)
    Water, tap, 2 fl oz(agua, 2oz)


1-Crush garlic with oregano, salt and pepper.Dice onion and set asie for later.
Machaque los ajos con la sal, pimienta y oregano.Corte en pedazos las cebolla y guarde para luego.
2-Rub chicken breast with this garlic paste.
Untele esta mezcla de ajos a las pechugas de pollo.
3- In a frypan, melt margarine.
En un sarten derrita la margarina.
4- Sautee chicken breast in margarine and add water and let it cook until it begins to brown.
Sofria las pechugas de pollo y agregue el agua y dejelo cocinar hasta que comience a dorar.
5-Add the onions and sauteed with the chicken breast.Let it cook until onion are tender.
Agregue las cebollas y sofria.Cocine hasta que este balanda.
6-Serve 3 portions.
