    1 pkg of frozen broccoli
    5 large potatos
    1 onion or 3 green onions
    2 cloves of garlic
    1 cup of cheddar cheese
    1 tub 500ml of fat free sour cream
    5 cups of water
    3 tbsp cornstarch


peel and cube and cook potatoes
cook broccoli
puree onion and garlic in some water
add to broccoli with broccoli water
add potatoes stir in shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream until melted.
Thicken with corn starch.
