    Zucchini, 4 cup, sliced
    Garlic, 3 cloves, minced
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Basil, 2 tbsp (10 leaves, in chiffonade)


Heat oil in a large saute pan over med-high heat. Add garlic and saute briefly until it sizzles, then add zucchini. Saute until begining to brown. Remove from heat, and stir in basil.
