    4 Chicken Breast baked and slice thin
    3 sweet bell peppers any colors, slice
    Green Brean .5 cups
    Package of Whole Wheat pasta
    1 cup chicken stock
    .5 cup skim milk
    3 cloves og minced garlic
    1 tsp of olive oil
    1 tablespoon of flour


cook all veggies until soft, bake chicken in oven, make sure garlic is with the veggies and out wet ingreidents in aswell mix together and enjoy!
