    2 lbs chicken tenders
    salt and pepper
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    3 eggs
    a splash milk
    2 cups special k
    1 cup bread crumbs
    1 tbsp sweet paprika
    1 tbsp poulty seasoning
    2 tbsp other seasoning
    1/4 cup EVOO


Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit. season chicken tenders with salt and pepper. Place flour in a pie tin. Coat chicken in flour. Beat eggs and milk together in another pie tin. combine cereal, bread crumbs, paprika, poultry seasoning, other seasoning, and vegetable oil in food processor. Transfer breading mixture to yet another pie tin. place a nonstick baking sheet near chicken breading station. In batches, take flour coated chicken and coat in eggs, then in breading mixture and place on nonstick baking sheet. When all the chicken has been coated, transfer baking sheet to oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until evenly brown and cooked through.
