Introduction

Gluten Free, Casein Free and best of all, easy and delicious! Gluten Free, Casein Free and best of all, easy and delicious!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup GF flour blend
    1/2 tsp xanthan gum
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup cocoa
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    3/4 cup Milk substitute
    1/4 cup oil
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    2 eggs

Directions

Heat oven to 350. Grease 8 inch square pan & dust with sweet rice flour (or other gf flour). Whisk together all dry ingredients. Make a well in the centre. Add wet ingredients to well. Stir until well combined & pour into prepared pan.

Bake 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool and frost if desired.
