    1/2 pound mix seafood
    1/2 T oil, divided
    3/4 T minced peeled fresh ginger
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/4 C beef broth
    1 T cornstarch
    1 1/2 T low-sodium soy sauce
    1/2 C bell pepper strips, green, red or yellow
    1/2 C small broccoli florets
    1/2 C diagonally lsiced carrot
    1/2 C sliced green beans


Prepare seafood. (If fozen, thaw) Toss with 1 t oil, ginger and garlic in medium bowl. Cover and let stand 10 minutes.
Combine the beef broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a small bowl, and stir until smooth and set aside.
Heat a large, non stickskillet over medium-high heat; add the seafood mixture and saute until warm. Remove from skillet and transfer to a plate
Add remaining 1/2 t oil ot skillet and toss in pepper strips, broccoli, carrot, and remaining vegetables. Stir fry 3-4 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Stir in the broth mixture and pour into the skillet; stir well. Add the warmed seafood.
Final cook stirring constantly 1-2 minutes r until mixtue is hot and thickened. Serve over rice if desired
