There is no bread in this recipe. I wanted to reduce calories and get as much protien as possible. You can make it ahead and divide in 4 pieces for breakfast each morning. Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    *Pork Sausage, 6 link (raw dimensions: 4" long x 7/8 (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Herbalife Protein Powder, 5 tbsp (remove)
    Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 1 cup (not packed) (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together. Using cooking spray on a silicone pan (my preference) and then bake for approximently 30 minutes or till done. I divide this in 4 pieces and have for breakfast each morning. Or you can divide it down even smaller if you like. At 297 Calories a piece, I can even have a light whole wheet piece of toast.
