    2 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
    1 cup green pepper
    1 cup yellow pepper
    1 bunch fresh broccoli (florets only)
    1/2 sliced red onion
    1 cup sliced mushrooms


heat olive oil in pan or wok
add soy sauce
add veggies
stir until mixed and veggies are heated
