Introduction
This came from an old cookbook that my parents' church put together. Original recipe from "Thee Cookbook for Thou" and was given by Diane Hensel. I made this Gluten-Free by using rice flour instead of AP Flour. This came from an old cookbook that my parents' church put together. Ingredients

Rice Flour ¼ C
Salt ½ t
Dry mustard ½ t
Black Pepper ½ t
Pork Chops, Boneless 4
Butter 2T
Rice Flour 2T
Brown sugar 2T
Apple Juice 1 ½ C
Apples 2 Cored and Sliced
Cinnamon, Ground ½ t
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°
Combine flour, salt, mustard and pepper.
Coat pork chops in mixture, brown in butter.
Remove chops, stir in 2T flour and brown sugar into drippings to make a thick paste. Gradually stir in apple juice, cook and stir until thickened.
Place chops in 2-quart casserole in single layer.
Arrange apple slices and raisins on pork chops, cover with mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes [boneless chops], 60 minutes [bone-in chops]
Makes 4 servings.
