    12 oz beef, cut into strips
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c cabbage, chopped
    2 T salsa
    12 romaine leaves


Chop the beef and veggies, add to a skillet.
Cook until meat is done and veggies start to get soft.
Add salsa and cook through.
Distribute mixture into 12 romaine leaves (3 per serving).
