Introduction
They seem to turn out better if placed in muffin tins. They are simple and go good with pasta dishes. I love them with my spaghetti. Sometimes I use wheat flour and usually omit salt. I also cut the recipe in half for myself,as they dont keep to well, I even tried freezing the dough. Just doesnt taste the same. Also from the book La Dolce Vegan. Ingredients

2 cups flou
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp oregano
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup "milk"
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large bowl, add dry ingredients. Stir in margarine, "milk"--I use almond--, and vinegar until well blended. Cut dough into 6 biscuits and place on a lightly floured surface and cut with a cookie cutter, place on baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes
