Ingredients

    4 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
    3 Boneless Chicken Breasts
    1/2 head Cabbage, shredded
    1 cup Carrots, shredded
    2 cups Spinach
    1/2 cup Peas
    2 cups Snow peas or Snap peas
    2 Cups Rice Noodles
    1/2 cup Soy Sauce
    3 Tbsp. Rice Wine
    3 tsp. Ginger, grated
    3 cloves Garlic, grated
    1 Tbsp. Asian Chili Sauce
    1 Tbsp. Agave Syrup
    1 Tbsp. Corn Starch

Directions

Dilute 1 Tbsp. corn starch in a little water in a small cup. Cook Rice Noodles, drain and set aside. Saute Chicken in 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil until no longer pink. Place chicken in a bowl and set aside.

Add 2 Tbsp. Sesame oil to pan and saute all of the veggies on high heat until crispy tender. Add chicken, noodles and seasoning and toss and cover for 2 minutes.

Serve in bowls and enjoy!
