Ingredients

    2 slices of Double Fiber Bread
    1 TBSP Ground Cinnamon
    1 Packet Splenda
    1/4 cup Better N Eggs
    1/8 Cup Milk

Directions

Heat skillet on Med-High. Pour cinnamon, "Splenda" packet, milk, and Better N Eggs into dish. Soak bread in liquid. Add bread to skillet and cook approx. a minute and a half on each side, or until it starts to brown. Top with "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" Spray and "Aunt Jemima's Low-Calorie Syrup." Only 200 calories, and you get 2 pieces of French Toast, and half of your daily allotment of fiber!
