Ingredients

    12 oz ground extra lean turkey meat
    1/2 C each fine dice onion, and red peppers
    4 tbsp Greek seasoning (divided)
    1 zucchini sliced
    4 small tomatoes halved
    Sauce:
    3/4 C drained FF plain yogurt
    1/2 C fine diced or shredded peeled/seeded cucumber
    1 garlic clove minced
    1/2 tsp each: mint and dill
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    pinch of salt.

Directions

Add diced pepper, onion, 2 tbsp greek seasoning to turkey.
Form meat into meatballs (approx. 8). Roll meatballs in remaining 2 tbsp greek seasoning.
Alternately skewer meatballs, tomatoes and zucchini.
BBQ for about 20 minutes or until done.

Prepare tzatziki ahead of time for best flavour.
