Ingredients

    1 large zucchini
    2 stalks celery
    1 bell pepper
    1/2 small onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/3 cup frozen or fresh corn
    1/2 cup stewed tomatos
    mrs. dash

Directions

cut all veggies into small chunks.
stir together in a casserole dish, sprinkle with your favorite flavor of mrs. dash and bake for 30 min at 375, then stir and bake for another 30 min. or until vegetables are the desired doneness.

you can also microwave it just stir every 3 min. until done.
