    3 large russet potatoes (1 1/2lbs)
    1 Tbsp Canola oil
    Fresh ground sea salt to taste (5-6 cranks)


Preheat oven to 450degrees. Wash potatoes, cut in half, and then into slices. (approximately 12 slices per large potato). In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with 1 Tbsp. Canola oi land season with salt. Spead slices into a cookie sheet in a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes, then flip them using a metal spatula and bake 10 minutes more. Add more salt if desired. Serves 6
